With it's open days marked in rare plant collectors diaries around the country, it's far more than just a charming cottage garden with rare plants and Bulbs.

Clover Hill garden is an all year round garden, and has been created by an all year gardener  David Kennedy.

David wanted a garden with a focus beyond spring. The beautiful garden in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney is packed with rare and unusual plants. Winding paths crisscross their way around the garden. The garden beds are packed with botanical treasures imported from the US, China, Germany and Japan. Clover Hill has one of the largest collections of Epimediums in Australia, it's an unusual shade loving woodland plant that will grow in many situations in a garden.
My interest in gardening began when I was nine years old and living with my grandmother in the lower Blue Mountains.
My grandmother was a keen gardener - one of those people that could get a fence post to grow!

Happy Gardening.

David Kennedy
